What if my roof needs more work than is on the estimate?

Any changes to the contract by either DeLeon Affordable Roofing or the customer must be jointly approved and by both in writing or electronic acknowledgment.

Can I put a few things from my home or yard in your dumpster?

We ask you do not put any items in our dumpster or trailer without approval. Doing so could result in a $300 surcharge. When we take your construction debris to an approved Nova Scotian contruction recyling faucility when items other than roof substrates are in the load, the load is refused and has to be seperated at another fauciity causing an additional expense in time, labour and fuel.

Do you offer Seniors Discounts for Roofing?

Yes, DeLeon Affordable Roofing offers Seniors discounts of 10% off reroof installations, and 5% on roofing repairs. *They can not be stacked or combined.
