Climate control is a feature that we offer. Some units are equipped with in-floor heating during the winter months. This feature helps protect your stored belongings from extreme temperatures. Dundas Self Storage does not have in-floor heating and is heated in the winter and cooler in the summer.

We strive to make your storage experience as hassle free as possible, including paying your bill. Our billing periods are every 28 days and we offer storage rentals for short or long-term. We can automatically charge your MasterCard, Visa, or American Express each month. Or you can pay by debit in the office.

The office hours are the hours of operation for the office. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The gate hours are when your unit can be accessed which is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our facilities use a electronic gate system which can only be opened by a security code that is assigned to each individual tenant. The code allows us to monitor who is entering and exiting the facility. Dundas Self Storage uses a pinpad and a garage door.
