3 Winter Storage Tips for anyone storing some possessions this winter: 1. Shelves and/or pallets are ALWAYS a good idea when storing your belongings. Although our units are well designed to keep the elements out where they belong, this is an extra measure of added safety for your stuff, should any water ever get inside the unit. 2. Our days are shorter now. Plan ahead with travel to and from the storage facility. Give yourself time to unload/load items while there is still daylight. But fear not, if you are here after dark, our facility is very well lit for usability and security. 3. It can be slippery out there! It is always a good idea to wear footwear with good traction when carrying your items to and from your storage unit. Although our gravel driveways do provide better traction than asphalt, once the snow and ice cover everything, it's important to be mindful of your footing. Do you offer any discounts?

Storage units can be rented for 6 months at a time with a 5% discount. Annual rentals offer a 10% discount. The fee must be paid upfront and is NON-REFUNDABLE. There is a 10% discount on stall rentals with an annual contract.

What sizes do you have?

We have a wide variety of sizes for both units and stalls to meet your needs. There is a size chart available on our website to help determine what size of unit would suit your requirements.

How does is trailer size calculated?

Trailers are measured tip to tail, including hitch and any racks or spare tires that may be attached. Please note that many manufacturers only include living area in their sizing. Hitches generally add about 4 feet to the trailer length and your stall sizing will be based on the total length of the unit.
