FAQs

What are the drop off and pick up hours and days for summer and winter storage?

Renters may drop off their toys on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm and Sundays from 8am till 12pm for the set dates indicated on the site. Renters are asked to choose their drop off and pick up dates and time when loging in.

Can I just show up at any time to pick up or drop off my toy since the owner lives on the premise?

If renters decide to just show up at any time to pick up or drop off toys, unfortunately the owner might not always be available. It is recommended to make an appointment 24 hours before.

Can you describe the storage facility?

Toy Storage is an affordable solution for your RV, trailer, boat, automobile, motorcycle, snowmobile and other recreational vehicle you call your 'Toy'. We have been in business for 15+ years and are experts in the storage business. Our facility offers over 58,000sq.ft. of indoor/covered storage for both heated and non-heated options. In addition to our indoor/covered storage we have outdoor storage space for over 450 toys! Our facility is equipped with 24/7 surveillance HD cameras including an advanced security system and main gate security. Our property has fencing/barriers at all perimeters of the property and your Toy will remain safe at all times with our care!

Will I need to park my toy?

Renters do not have to park their own cars, RVs, trailers or boats with the exception of renters with 5th wheels will have to be able to park their own toy.

Can I pay by cash or cheque?

Yes! We accept Credit Card (preferred), cheque or cash provided you pay the remaining amount for the full season (6 months) at the time of drop-off. However, you must reserve your spot online using a credit card. The reservation fee will be subtracted from the total amount owed for your storage.
