Depending on the amount of work involved we may need to draw water from the property or somewhere nearby. We carry a tank of purified water for cleaning windows, but when washing house siding we will need access to water from the building.

We handle our work with care and are delicate when cleaning peoples homes. When cleaning houses and siding we use a light pressure spray from a safe distance to prevent damaging the surface or pushing water underneath edges.

Cleaning glass railings is an additional service we can provide but it is not included in a general house quote unless requested. It is to be made clear when requesting if the glass is only to be cleaned or the entire railing with glass panels.
