❤️ Stony Plain Full Home Renovation❤️ Pictures do not do justice as to how bad this house was before we showed up!! 😱After clients had been dealing with a delinquent (to say it the nicest way) contractor for a full year and the project wasn’t even to drywall stage 😭 they hired us to clean up the mess (literally). They are INCREDIBLY HAPPY now ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The issues we found: ❗️electrical not up to code, drywall screws could have easily hit electrical wires, there were fire hazards, switches and lighting made no sense and 80 percent of the electrical had to be redone. ❗️Plumbing was a disaster, the basement bath was draining under the concrete slab, water and drain line didn’t make sense, and their would have been major water flow and draining issues. 80 percent of the plumbing had to be redone. ❗️The load supporting beams that were installed due to wall removals all had to be reinforced and redone or their would have been major structural issues. ❗️The hvac was done so bad that supply ducts would have barely functioned, if at all. It would have been so hot or so cold! We fixed all of that. ❗️There was no designer/ contractor relationship. Everything was just a matter of winning it. The previous contractor drew the cabinet plan on a piece of paper with pencil… We executed a full design plan with over 100 pages, tons of AutoCAD plans, renderings and realistic 3D renderings, as well as one on one design services for selections. ❗️There is not enough room to keep going!
