How do I set up a home inspection?

Call us. We will be happy to confirm an inspection appointment for you. Please ensure that the date and time are acceptable to the other parties involved in the purchase & sale. If you have a Realtor we can confirm with them that the property will be available.

What do we guarantee in our report?

We guarantee the total accuracy of the information in our report at the time of the inspection only. We do not guarantee that the quality or condition of the inspected areas will stay in this condition past our inspection, as we have no way of knowing the care that will be taken of the property. We ensure you that our report is an accurate description of the property at the time that we inspect it.

Should I get a Sewer Scope?

You may be surprised how much damage a clogged drain or backed up toilet can cause. Sewers are underground and not visible to the eye. They are used daily by people in homes. They cost about $250-$300 per foot to repair. Repairing them takes a long time because you need to dig up the ground. Sewer inspections should be performed prior to purchasing a home. A sewer inspection provides information about the integrity of the sewer system.
