Today I had an unfortunate issue with my furnace resulting in a full replacement. At this point I was worried I would be without heat in the beginning of winter and started to prepare myself for the worse case scenario. I decided to call A Plus Quality Inc who I have been dealing with for a while in hopes that they would be able to bail me out of this jam, and that's exactly what they did. Within 5 hours they had 2 men at my home disassembling my old furnace and replacing it with a new one. I would've never thought I could've had this issue resolved in 1 day, let alone hours. The level of professionalism and customer service I received today was far more than I could've ever imagined. I have nothing but good things to say and would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

It was 7:00 pm in the evening, but the phone was answered by a very helpful man, Frank who assured me that he could walk me through how to reset the thermostat without anyone attending at the residence.
Furnace failed, the next day brand new Carrier installed, every A plus quality inc employee was great dealing with, professional and clean.
He saw through the installation of the unit with his team and made sure I get heat before he left.
Bill came out to quite a bit, and although the part was under warranty it might have been cheaper to just purchase and install myself.
Scheduled work and they came earlier than arranged to install new furnace.
