They were even kind enough to provide a recommendation for a specific trade and also said if we needed any repair work done once the problem is solved I could reach out.
We started renovations with another builder who (essentially) went out of business before our project was complete.
There were unforeseen challenges that popped up, as we expected there would be with a basement reno, but again, we really felt like Behzad and team were upfront and transparent about everything happening and came up with creative solutions as well.
As we find ourselves in the midst of our home construction journey, we're delighted to report that our design and build experience with Behzad and the Aria Build team has been nothing short of outstanding.
