Thanks to your team of technicians who worked tirelessly in the extreme heat, I am impressed. I recommend this company; they are responsive and dynamic, and they go the extra mile for the customer experience. All this in a difficult context (heat wave + pandemic). Very professional work, the installers cleaned up after themselves and listened to my preferences.
The representative Martin and the technician Amjad were both very polite and efficient.
I have a not-so-simple condo (little ceiling space, somewhat odd configuration, etc.
Generally speaking, very satisfied with my customer experience with AT Climatisation, professional and very responsive team.
They were quick to reply when we first contacted them through their webpage, they sent us an expert to figure out what we needed, came to do the installation and were also quick to answer our follow-up questions once the installation was done.
