Throughout the process of measuring, double-checking, ordering, and installation they were cheerful, polite, and very clear in terms of what to expect, the timelines involved, any updates and the whole installation process.

UPDATE (2023): We re-did all our home's eavestroughing (except the part over the sunroom because it is attached to the glass ceiling and the company wouldn't touch a trough attached to glass) to widen gutter size and increase downspouts in an expensive effort to alleviate water flow in the vicinity of the sunroom ceiling.

We replaced our front door and our garden door and were very happy with them both they look great.

Repairman showed up when scheduled (rare these days) and had it fixed in no time.
