We were looking for someone to recaulk our home, and our neighbour recommended Nicholas to us. We were pleased with the quality of his work and enjoyed his positive and energetic personality. We called on him again to help us with a humane solution to removing a raccoon in our roof. He did a great job and explained every step of the process. While he was fixing the issue, he discovered a serious problem with our recently installed roof shingles which we would not have found on our own. With his inspection report and pictures, we were able to win a lawsuit with the company responsible for insta the roof. We look forward to working with Nicholas again on our future home projects
