From start to finish Joe was professional, on time, polite, friendly and always kept in touch as we waited for the weather to cooperate.
He arrived on-time (always a plus), was conscientious, had to be creative when dealing with an issue with the pipes, got me an excellent deal on the new faucet, and cleaned-up as if no one had been there.
