Originating from the Canadian Prairies, our clients envisioned an outdoor sanctuary that paid homage to their Saskatchewan roots while also serving as a functional space for relaxation and entertainment. Understanding the clients' desires while remaining committed to our environmental stewardship, the design journey unfolded. The vision for their country home involved a fusion of naturalised prairie-style landscaping, integrated with a newly renovated 19th-century red-brick farmhouse. The home addition introduced a modern edge within the rural setting, incorporating steel architectural elements.
