Why would a paving company list around-the-clock hours?
5 of the 24 listings here state 24-hour availability. That usually reflects commercial paving, where lots and access roads are done overnight, and sometimes a snow clearing side of the business. For a driveway it means a call gets answered, not that a crew is available at 3 a.m.
