Will anyone quote a small repair for free?
7 of the 15 listings state free estimates. On one small patch the travel costs more than the repair, so expect a minimum charge instead of an hourly rate. Gather the jobs together: a stained ceiling, a couple of dinged corners and a cracked doorway make a visit worthwhile and price better as a batch.
