How do your method for cleaning the windows?

We might use traditional tools: Ladders, squeegee, soap and water. Or we may use a water fed pole. It will just depend on which method is appropriate for your home. Both methods do an excellent job.

Do I need to do anything to prepare for my in-and-out window cleaning appointment?

For in-and-out window cleaning, please move breakable/valuable items away from your windows. We don't to touch your priceless, breakables heirlooms. But don't worry about moving furniture, blinds or drapes or removing screens. We can handle it.

What happens if it rains the day of my service?

We will not be hampered by a little weather. We can work in light rain with no effect on quality. If it is really pouring, we will keep our appointment and at least get all of the interiors done. We can return on another day to do the exteriors. But, we will reschedule if there is extreme wind, rain, or cold.

When is the Best Time to Clean My Eavestroughs?

The Spring! Regular cleaning and maintenance of your gutters is essential to make sure that your property does not face unwanted damage and repair costs. We recommend cleaning your gutters at least once a year -- preferably in Spring, so that your gutters are in good shape for Spring and Summer showers. But ANYTIME is a good time to clean them if they are full, or overflowing! You may need a second cleaning, if your property has an abundance of trees.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We will send you an invoice after the work is completed. Our preferred method of payment is e-transfer. We also accept credit and debit card payments, either by phone or online.
