When should I get my gutters cleaned?

How long does it take to replace gutters?

Normal turn around time for installation is about two weeks. The installation itself usually takes about one day for an average sized home. Repairs are usually done within the week.

What is the life expectancy of a gutter system?

While the lifespan of home gutters varies depending on weather conditions, proper routine maintenance and other factors, whether your gutters are made from aluminum, steel, copper etc. The average life of aluminum is 20 years, 50+ years for steel, copper and zinc.

Do I need to be home while my gutters are cleaned?

No one needs to be home for us to do our job. We do a great job and our technicians pay attention to detail. If you are not at home, we can leave a door hanger!

What is a seamless gutter?

A seamless gutter is a straight piece of gutter without seams. A seamless gutter is a continuously straight piece of gutters. A straight piece of gutter can be made any length and is extruded from a special forming machine which is mounted inside one of our trucks.

This big pressure washing project was done for a big building in South Surrey, BC. This building hadn’t been cleaned in years and was a big challenge for us. We first hit all the cement areas with our formulated soft wash detergent to gently lift any organic growth. After a good 10-15 minutes dwell time, we started washing all the areas with a pressure washer machine and a detailed tip. The photos show the great results on this job. Very happy customer.
