Are there any beams visible on the main floor?

No one likes to see beams running through their ceiling unless if it is a design feature. That is why we take time to engineer our floor plans so that there are no dropped beams visible on the ceilings of your above grade floors. This enhances the home and provides a grander feeling.

Do you offer any warranties or guarantees for your homes?

Yes, we provide comprehensive warranties and guarantees for all of our homes, including coverage for structural defects, workmanship, and materials. Our warranties are designed to give buyers peace of mind and protect their investment in their new home.

Can I visit the construction site while my home is being built?

For safety reasons, we do not allow buyers to visit the construction site while their home is being built. However, we offer opportunities to book walkthroughs of your home, at specific millstone stages. We communicate with regular photos and conversations to ensure you are involved in your purchase.

Can I add solar panels to a Golden Home?

We strive to be energy conscious and encourage you to take part in low emission sustainable housing. For this reason, we are excited to let you know that we prepare all of our homes to be ready for solar panel installation should you chose to add this right away or in the future.

What kind of maintenance will my home require over time?

Like any home, our homes will require regular maintenance to keep them in good condition. However, we use high-quality materials and building practices to minimize the need for maintenance and ensure that our homes are easy to care for.
