I hired Cadillacs for several jobs on a new 3rd floor addition to my home. They replaced the existing old sloped roof after removing 7 layers of shingles that went back 100 years and replaced rotted out wood. They installed a new flat roof, installed 2 large skylights, built a balcony parapet wall, replaced/capped/installed new soffits/facia, aluminum and steel, installed new gutters, leaf guards & evestroughs, and installed James Hardi plank siding. They even assisted or fixed items that were not in their scope of work and came back when additional small work needed to be completed. They spent 4-5 weeks at my home and it was the best trades experience I had over the 6 month project. The work they did was outstanding. From the beginning, the process was top-notch. Brian provided an extremely detailed quote, answered all of my questions, was always available to speak about the scope or changes. They kept their schedule flexible and worked around the other trades and never complained. Marcelo and the entire install team are extremely hard workers and went above and beyond any reasonable expectations.
