My door has side pieces (sidelights) and top window (transom) can I get those to match my choice?

Yes, our representatives are fully experienced in advising you on the styles available and we specialize in all forms of custom work and provide shop drawings prior to manufacture.

Your Wrought Iron inserts, what are they made of?

All of our wrought iron door inserts are made from solid metal. They are NOT round tubular steel, nor are they cast iron. They are powder coated (not painted) and meet Canadian Safety Standards.

Some other guys knocked on my door, they were cheaper than you quoted?

There are a lot of inferior quality imported products out there, that use lower quality materials that are more likely to reveal problems later on. Like with most things, you get what you pay for. Please check if they have liability insurance, WSIB and are licensed to do work on your home.

How can we pay?

We accept most major credit cards, e-transfer, and personal cheques. Sometimes we even accept cash. We never take full payment until the job is complete. If we install the door insert before any custom glass (side windows etc), you only pay for the door insert plus, a token deposit for the special order.

How do I get to see your products?

You can either contact us by email or phone to book a home visit or simply drop into our well-stocked Showroom. We can then come to your home with a choice of inserts, where you are able to see the designs against the actual backdrop of your house. We can install on-the-spot if you see a design you fall in love with.
