Generally speaking, if we made a mistake or something breaks we will make it right - most times free of charge. That said, this almost never happens. Our policy is to do things right the first time to avoid having to do things twice. Please note that any parts that you provide for the repairs or for installation fall outside the scope of our warranty. We are only able to warranty our work and parts/materials that we provide.
