FAQs

How do you charge?

Generally, we charge by volume in terms of how much space your trash takes up in our units. However, if you want to get rid of heavier materials, such as concrete or plaster, they will have to be estimated more precisely by going to the site.

Junk came, and they overcharged me?

We have had the misfortune of dealing with people who send us an illegible photo, and we courteously give it a price, but when we arrived, they added more garbage.

How big is your truck?

We mainly have two units. The first is a light-duty truck equipped with racks, with a capacity of 8 cubic yards. Isuzu truck is 5 tons and with capacities of 15 cubic yards.

What do you do to avoid damage to my property?

In cases where we remove trash from inside your home or business, we take great care to ensure that no damage occurs to the walls and floors. Generally, we bag everything in manipulable weights first, so when it comes time to take it out, don't hit anything.

Why use your service instead of a dumpster?

We do all the loading and cleaning for you, and our charges reflect only the volume of trash we remove. In most cases, when you rent a container, you must pay the full volume. In addition, our prices remain competitive because our unit is smalls, and that decreases our operations costs, and that goes ultimately reflected on you.
