Listed for homeowners in and around Victoria, BC, these 24 contractors take on kitchens, from replacing doors on sound boxes to gutting the room and moving the sink. Anything a card claims about design help, brands or scheduling is drawn from that company's own website, not from a survey.

Do any of these firms design without charging?

Free design or a free consultation is advertised by 5 of the 24 listings for Victoria. Free design is normally tied to buying the cabinets from that firm, and the drawings stay theirs. A paid design fee usually buys plans you can take to another bidder, which is what makes prices comparable.
