Absolutely! We clean yards all Winter long, so that you don't need to brave the cold. Regular Winter cleaning solves that icky Spring thaw issue. On days that we receive more than 3 cms of snow, we rebook your regular weekly dog poop clean up service for a few days later.

As a rule, we prefer that dogs be left inside. Even the friendliest dogs can be protective of their yard when a stranger enters. If your dog is extra friendly, and they get to know our technicians, we do enjoy a quick petting or playtime with your dog! To help you remember that we're coming, and that your dog should be kept inside, we send on on-the-way text the morning of your scheduled service.

If you sign up for regular weekly service, and the yard hasn't been cleaned in more than 10 days, we do have the right to charge a small initial cleaning fee the first visit. The fee is based on the time it takes for that first visit. All further visits are based on the regular set weekly fee.

All dog poop picked up from your home or business is bagged and removed from your premises. The Region of Waterloo landfill requires that animal waste collected by a business, such as The Poop Valet, must be properly double-bagged (the second bag being 3 mil contractor bags) when disposed of at one of the two Regional facialities.
