We do not require anything for our cleans. We are a completely self sufficient cleaning company and will provided our own cleaning products for each individual clean

We are fully aware of how precious your time is and how it is spent with such a hectic schedule. We do not require for you to be there for the cleans but of course we are not opposed to our customers being there while we work. If you are not going to be home we will make arrangements in our initial meet for a key exchange, alarm code or any access for entry. All information is kept confidential to our highly trained and trusted team leaders only!

In our initial walk threw we will discuss what payment plan works best for you. We accept payment per clean or monthly payments. We accept cash, cheque or e-transfer.

During our first walk threw appointment we will discuss and arrange a day, time and how often you would like your cleans done. We do ask our customers to give our cleaners a 30 minute window for our arrival. Sometimes the clients before your appointment may take a little longer. We make sure our cleans are done right the first time! Our scheduled appointment will be confirmed weekly.
