Our furnace clonked out this morning and I called several HVAC places and all were not available to come until Monday. The house was getting chilly. ..19 degrees and falling so I was not too keen on a weekend of this. I kept calling around and found Service Plus Heating and Cooling here on Google reviews. Only 43 reviews. ..but all good. Well I gave them a call and they were able to send a technician within a few hours. Our home is 21 years old and the furnace is original so I was expecting some bad (and expensive) news. So lucky that it only needed minor fixing and ended up costing only a little over $200. We received an email / text to confirm our appointment and then a text when the tech was on his way. Fantastic communications! Very pleased with the reliable and honest service!...
