Our standard Waste Box rental is one week (7 days). Waste Box rentals can be extended for longer periods at an additional fee. Please let us know in advance if you require additional time for your project.

Upon pickup, any damage will be documented and a copy sent to the customer. Estimations of repairs take place on an assessment of the damage during repairs. Reasonable repair charges will be billed to the customer.

Waste Box maintains the exclusive right to relocate a bin. This is to ensure safety and that no damage is done to the bin. While normal wear and tear is accepted, any damage to a bin beyond this is the responsibility of the customer. *Reasonable fees apply if we need to return to a site to move a bin.

We accept all major Credit Cards as well as Cash, E-Transfers and Certified Cheques. Deposits are collected after a service agreement is signed and/or the day a box gets delivered.

Disposal rates depend on the weight and type/grade of the garbage. When we pick up the loaded box we take it to a recycling/dump facility. After the items have been emptied and they have determined the weight of the waste materials, we provide you with a detailed breakdown of the dump fees on the final invoice.
