Where do you build in Canada?

We proudly serve the Lower Mainland and Interior of British Columbia. We have built homes in Abbotsford, Harrison Hot Springs, Mission, Harrison Mills, West Kamloops, Chilliwack, and Cultus Lake.

How long does it take to build a custom home?

The length of time it will take to build your custom home will depend on project scope, location, customizations, and various other factors. By working collaboratively with you, we can set a timeline suited to your goals of moving into your new home.

Do I need to have purchased land before booking a consultation with Cressman Homes?

Not at all, unless you already have land or have a very specific location in mind. Cressman Homes have secured lots in master-planned communities we can offer you. Contact us to book a consultation or a tour of available lots.

Do I need to have financing in place or a construction mortgage before contacting Cressman?

No, but we recommend it. It's much easier to establish a budget and plan your custom build when we know what we have to work with financing-wise. When you have a construction mortgage in place it can speed up the construction process and get you into your final dream home faster.
