What will a Landscape company ask you about your project during the quote?

We start with understanding the opportunity you are trying to create in your outdoor living space or the problem you are trying to fix. We then ask about your preferences for style and color. on the financial side we will ask for a rough budget and provide pricing for the landscape plan.

Is there a cost for getting a quote for my landscape project?

There is no cost for the conceptual quote for your project. There is however a cost associated with getting a formal landscape plan that will be based on the concept we develop together.

What is the Next Step after you approve the project?

The next step is after getting a plan is confirming all your material choices. This is normally done by visiting our Landscape Depot. This is where you can see all the Hardscape Materials and we have in stock, where you are can actually see and touch the natural stone, feel the textures and take home samples to help make sure the colors you decide on works with your home. After you have selected you materials we will finalize the project. A deposit is then given and a payment schedule is reviewed and agreed upon by both parties. This is when you will make a deposit and a payment schedule is reviewed and agreed upon by both parties.

What is the LP Landscape Plus Inc. Pre-site Visit and Questionnaire?

This is where we take your ideas and add our expertise and develop a concept. The design is then worked in more detail and when completed this will be the most essential tool for the job. It is not only the design, but it becomes a working drawing/ blueprint that will help us execute the construction and design.
