FAQs

What is your deposit structure?

When you are comfortable with the design and pricing of your new home, a $15,000.00 deposit is required. A second deposit is due once you have chosen your finishes and finalized the plans, and the balance is due on delivery.

Who looks after the services?

You are responsible for bringing the hydro to the house, our electrician hooks up your new home right to the meter base. You are responsible for bringing the water supply and sewer/septic lines into the basement ready for our plumber to hook in to.

Any final thoughts?

We look forward to being a part of your project and working with you to build you new dream home or cottage. You can count on our years of experience, working relationships with building departments throughout Ontario and the desire to make your dream home a reality.

Who does the foundation?

The option is yours. We are very flexible; your home can be priced with or without a foundation. Our Contractor Packages do not include the foundation and the pricing reflects that.

What finishes are available and does someone help us make our selections for our new home?

You will meet with our decorator who will walk you through the design of your new home and help you choose the finishing touches. If you do not see it in our Decor Centre please ask and we will find it for you.
