Best Mould Inspection & Testing in Ottawa, ON

Do you need a home inspection for a new home? Most are surprised to learn that brand new homes often have as many, if not more, defects and deficiencies than older resale homes. The average new home has several significant deficiencies, which is likely due to the increased production level combined with a lack of qualified local contractors and trades. New homes come with warranty coverage by the Tarion new home warranty program. However, the deficiencies have to be reported to Tarion to be addressed. The average home owner lacks knowledge in advanced building science, construction and building codes, and therefore don’t know what to look for. Our new home inspections have uncovered problems such as missing insulation, water penetration due to missing flashing, improperly configured plumbing systems, and so forth. We have developed a unique home inspection package specifically tailored for new homes. Full comprehensive inspection, setup of your Tarion MyHome account, preparation of your Tarion claim forms, follow-up inspections for subsequent Tarion stages, reminder/follow-up emails, inspection certificates. Our extensive experience with Tarion allows us to document your deficiencies properly to avoid any confusion or denied claims. Don’t stress over your new home, don’t worry about stringent Tarion deadlines or unreported defects. Relax, and let us take care of it for you!
