What are your fees?

MasterHost offers three packages tailored to your needs: 10% basic package, 12% all-inclusive package and a custom fixed-income package. Take the time to go through details for each package on our pricing page and find out which package works best for you.

When do I get paid?

You will be paid the same way as you normally would, directly from the platform to your bank account. Your pricing package will determine how much MasterHost will invoice you at the end of each month.

What about taxes?

As with any other type of rental income it is very important to consult your tax specialist when it comes to reporting your revenue to local tax authorities.

What kind of reporting will I be receiving?

As a client of MasterHost you will be receiving a monthly statement outlining your income, our Airbnb management fees, cleaning fees and any maintenance related charges you have approved.

What if I have specific cleaning instructions?

If you have a certain way in which you would like your home to be cleaned, you can always contact our management team with a set of instructions and we will make sure it is followed through.
