FAQs

Do you have the expertise to handle municipal projects?

If you are the administrator of your municipality and you have a lot of plumbing work currently with little manpower to handle it, we can step in and make everything go smoothly. We have a wealth of experienced plumbers who can handle your projects and make sure the job is completed with time to spare.

Can I put anything in my waste disposal?

The waste disposal is meant to grind off leftovers and other organic substances to make them easy for disposal. They are not meant to decompose plastic or other hard materials as this may cause the disposal machine to stop working or develop issues.

What are the causes of corrosion in metal pipes?

Metal pipes are built to last and many buildings make use of metal pipes in their water supply system. Corrosion in the metal pipe is as a result of the oxidizing properties of water which have acted on the pipes for many years. This causes the inner layer of the pipe to rust, and if your reverse osmosis system is bad, you may taste the rust of the pipe in your water.

Where does the water from my sink and shower go?

The water from your sink and shower is connected to your drain which sends the waste water out of your building and into the main sewer line, or water treatment plant.

Do I need a backflow testing for my building?

Backflow testing is necessary to ensure that your backflow prevention device is functioning properly. This gives you an assurance that if a backflow occurs in your area, your house is always secure.
