Are the chemicals/methods you use harmful to pets, children, adults or wildlife?

We at Innovative Pest Solutions will always use the safest products in ways that will protect your family and pets from harm. Our team is led by an environmental science expert, an animal biologist, and a pesticide safety trainer and our mantra is to get great results with compassion and sensitivity to our clients, the environment, and even the animals we are hired to control.

Which regulatory bodies are you registered with?

In addition to ongoing consultation with entomologists and environmental experts, our team works closely with Alberta Environment and Health Canada to help us guide practices. We are also part of the National Pest Management Association.

What certifications are held within your company?

Our technicians hold a range of Federal and Provincial pest control licenses including Core, Structural, Biting Fly, Exterior Rodent, Greenhouse, Landscape, and Train the Trainer. Our staff also has extensive education in environmental sciences, entomology, and rodent biology.

What size lots are included in your treatment?

Our pricing is based on the average size of a medium to large sized city lot in most Canadian towns and cities (4000-8000 square ft). For acreages or oversized lots our Innovators will work with our customers to provide a reasonable price adjustment that will allow us to service all of the areas you require treatment for.

How longs does a treatment take?

Each treatment is different in our approach and technique, but in general you can expect a Pest Innovator to be there anywhere from 10 minutes to hours and hours. The pests might be determined to stay, but we are more determined to get them out and will do what we need to do to get the job done.
