FAQs

What is the delivery cost of our homes?

The cost of delivery is strictly dependent on the specific location. Local delivery to the Comox Valley is included in the purchase price. An additional charge is applied when a crane is required to install the home into the yard. Our site specialist provides accurate pricing for delivery when the delivery address is provided.

How much does the foundation cost?

Each foundation and site and coordinating pricing are unique. Crown Mini Homes can provide you with a site prep & foundation quote using our in-house crew & equipment. Home buyers can also utilize outside sources for this service.

Can I purchase just a home "shell"?

Unfortunately, due to our certification level, we cannot offer unfinished homes or studios. CSA A277 dictates that homes must be complete when sold. The CSA Certification allows all checks to be complete and up to the highest required standards.

Do our homes come with blinds on all the windows?

Window coverings are such a personal choice. We do not supply window coverings but can provide some great sources to the customer. As well, we offer free design consultant that can assist with finding the perfect coverings for your new home.
