How long will my project take?

Depending on the amount of damage to your property (and its contents) and general scope of the project, timing can vary. Our project managers will carefully assess the situation and provide you with a timeline.

Why am I asked to sign a Work Authorization?

Insurance adjusters require that you sign a Work Authorization Form to confirm that we are able to begin the work on your property. The form also ensures that you are the owner of the property in question, and have the authority to allow us into the property.

Who should I call if I have a question about my Insurance Claim?

Your project manager is always available to answer any questions related to the progress of the work being performed. Should you have questions regarding your insurance policy or coverage, your adjuster is the best person to contact.

Does Rocky Cross Construction DKI provide warranty?

Yes. We provide full workmanship warranty for a period of 2 years. Some products used and installed during the reconstruction phase have their own warranty, which can last for many years. Your project manager will answer any questions you may have on warranty, specific to your restoration project.
