FAQs

How long will it take for my home to arrive?

Move into your home in as little as 5 weeks not 5 months! Site-built homes typically take 4-6 months from ground breaking. Custom factory built homes can be completed in 1 to 2 months. If you purchase a home directly from our sales lot, your home can be completed in as little as 1 to 3 weeks.

How are you able to place a home onto its foundation?

There are 2 different methods to placing a home. The first method is by using a crane, which is the technique used when the home has a basement. The second method is called a roll on, and it is used for homes that will be going on cement pillars. With this method, the home is gently rolled onto its foundation using aluminum beams, rollers and wooden blocking.

How long does it take to build a manufactured or modular home?

Unlike onsite construction, where weather and other variables come into play, all of our homes are built within a controlled environment. And with our level of experience and precision, we are able to build your home in just a few weeks instead of a few months.

Do I have to have skirting?

Although skirting is what would normally be used, there are other options. Siding to grade for example is an upgrade option. See photo below for example of siding to grade
