Do the products come with warranty?

Yes, they do. Grab bars have a 1 year-warranty for parts and installation, while mechanical products such as stairlifts, porch lifts, elevators and ceiling lifts come with a 6-month labor warranty from Home2stay. For product warranty, these are different based on the terms of the manufacturer. Contact us to inquire about specific products.

What installations do I need to make my home more accessible and inclusive?

Each individual and space are different, and we customize our recommendation based on your specific requirements. For your convenience, we can do the assessment via a video call (please check the video call option when you fill up the FREE ASSESSMENT form). Will you be training me or my caregiver how to use the devices?

Yes, our technicians and/or salesperson will give you, your caregiver, or the user/s a comprehensive introduction to the operation and maintenance of the equipment. Additional training can be requested if the main user or caregiver is not on site after the installation is completed. This can also be done via video call, for your convenience. We will do our best to go over everything at the end of each installation, to ensure that you know how to use the products safely and accurately. Please check out our GUIDES page for the user manual of the different accessibility solutions we have.
