This Furnace stinks! We responded to a service call where the customer claimed that their furnace smells like plastic on start up! After a brief inspection we determined that the furnace had a plugged heat exchanger! The furnace was quite old.... so we replaced it with one of our Goodmans! If this furnace should ever develop an issue in the future it will be under warranty for the life of the furnace so long as it is maintained annually!
