How often should we service our air conditioner?

Pictures of where you would like the fireplace installed. Make sure to take pictures of the outside wall of this area. Determine the distance from windows and doors. Determine how far the main gas supply is from where you would like the fireplace installed. What should I do if I receive a warning tag?
